Restrictive Trade Practices (Confirmation of Order) Act, 1972

Confirmation of Order.

1.—The Restrictive Trade Practices (Motor Spirit) Order, 1972 , made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 9 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1953 , is hereby confirmed and shall be deemed to have been made under the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972 , and shall have effect accordingly.
