Fourth Amendment of the Constitution Act, 1972

Amendment of Article 16 of the Constitution.

1.—Article 16 of the Constitution is hereby amended as follows:—

(a) “ocht mbliadhna déag” shall be substituted for “bliadhain agus fiche” in subsection 2° of section 1 of the Irish text,

(b) “eighteen years” shall be substituted for “twenty-one years” in subsection 2° of section 1 of the English text.
