REGISTER OF BUYERS OF WOOL ORDER, 1971.

I, JAMES GIBBONS, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 5 (4) of the Wool Marketing Act, 1968 (No. 26 of 1968), and in compliance with the requirement of that section, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Register of Buyers of Wool Order, 1971.

2. I hereby certify that the 1st day of April, 1971, is the day on which the Register of Buyers of Wool was set up.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order certifies 1st April, 1971, as the date on which the Register of Buyers of Wool was set up. As a result, from that date, only registered buyers may engage in wool buying and for this purpose a registered buyer may only utilise premises entered in the Register in his name.
