HORSE INDUSTRY ACT, 1970 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1971.

I, JAMES GIBBONS, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 4 of the Horse Industry Act, 1970 (No. 19 of 1970), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Horse Industry Act, 1970 (Establishment Day) Order, 1971.

2. The 8th day of February, 1971, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Horse Industry Act, 1970 (No. 19 of 1970).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints 8th February, 1971, as the establishment day for purposes of the Horse Industry Act, 1970 (No. 19 of 1970). Section 6 of that Act provides that Bord na gCapall shall be established on the establishment day.
