1.— Section 18 of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1952 , as amended by section 2 of the Sea Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1959 , is hereby amended by the substitution of “(subject to the limitation that the total amount (disregarding interest) standing repayable in respect of them shall at no time exceed five million pounds)” for “(not exceeding in the aggregate three million pounds)”. |
