Remuneration of Chaplain.

23.—The Committee shall out of the moneys received by it, allow to the Chaplain for the time being appointed in accordance with section 22 hereof of each such burial ground such remuneration as shall be agreed upon at the time of every such appointment and the Committee may if it so desires from time to time increase such remuneration: Provided however that it shall not be lawful for any Chaplain to demand or receive any fee for interments in any of the said burial grounds.
