Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1968

Amendment of section 4 of Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957. |
1.— Section 4 (4) of the Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957 , is hereby amended by— | |
(a) the insertion in paragraph (bi) (inserted by the Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1965 ) after “Gaeltacht” of “and in the existing locations of the rural industries located outside the Gaeltacht”, and | ||
(b) the substitution in paragraph (bii) (inserted by the said Gaeltacht Industries (Amendment) Act, 1965) of “five thousand pounds or such higher amount, not exceeding ten thousand pounds, as may be authorised by the Minister with the consent of the Minister for Finance” for “two thousand pounds”. |
