HARBOUR RATES (DUNDALK HARBOUR) ORDER, 1967.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946) and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), and after due compliance with section 106 of the said Act, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Dundalk Harbour) Order, 1967.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 5th day of July, 1967.

3. The maximum rates to be charged by the Dundalk Harbour Commissioners shall be the rates specified in Schedule A of the Dundalk Harbour and Port Act, 1925 , increased by 33 1/3 per cent.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this Order is to authorise the Dundalk Harbour Commissioners to charge increased maximum goods rates at the port of Dundalk.
