DUBLIN AND DUN LAOGHAIRE TRAFFIC (ONE-WAY STREETS) (AMENDMENT) TEMPORARY RULES, 1967.

I, PATRICK CARROLL, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 89 (3) of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961), and with the consent of the Minister for Local Government, hereby make the following temporary rules in respect of the area comprising the county borough of Dublin and the borough of Dun Laoghaire:—

1. These rules may be cited as the Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Traffic (One-Way Streets) (Amendment) Temporary Rules, 1967.

2. These rules shall come into operation on the 12th day of June, 1967.

3. In these rules the "Principal Rules" means the Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Traffic (One-Way Streets) Temporary Rules, 1967 ( S.I. No. 53 of 1967 ).

4. Part I of the First Schedule to the Principal Rules is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the matter contained in the First Schedule to these rules.

5. Part I of the Second Schedule to the Principal Rules is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the matter contained in the Second Schedule to these rules.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These rules amend the Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Traffic (One-Way Streets) Temporary Rules, 1967 ( S.I. No. 53 of 1967 )—

(a) by the addition to Part 1 of the First Schedule thereto of the streets or portions of streets mentioned in Part 1 of the First Schedule to these rules,

(b) by the addition to Part 1 of the Second Schedule thereto of the street junctions mentioned in Partof the Second Schedule to these rules.
