S.I. No. 1/1967 - Succession Act, 1965 (Form of Administration Bond) Rules, 1967

I, AINDRIAS Ó CAOIMH, President of the High Court, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 34 (3) of the Succession Act, 1965 (No. 27 of 1965), hereby make the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Succession Act, 1965 (Form of Administration Bond) Rules, 1967.

2. An administration bond for the administration of the estate of a person dying on or after the 1st day of January, 1967, shall, subject to any adaptation that I may direct in a particular case, be in the same form as that required for the administration of the estate of a person dying immediately before that date.
