BOUNDARIES (TOWNLANDS OF BALLYMARTIN AND CASTLETOWN, COUNTY LIMERICK) ORDER, 1966.

The present acknowledged or reputed boundaries of the townlands of Ballymartin and Castletown, Barony of Kenry and County of Limerick, having been ascertained, defined and marked out under section 3 of the Boundary Survey (Ireland) Act, 1854, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 11 and 12 of the said Act and section 4 of the Boundary Survey (Ireland) Act, 1859, as adapted by or under subsequent enactments, and having considered a report prepared, made out and submitted to them, together with a plan, in accordance with the said section 11, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Boundaries (Townlands of Ballymartin and Castletown, County Limerick) Order, 1966.

2. This Order shall take effect from the 1st day of March, 1963.

3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

4. In this Order—

" the plan " means the ordnance plan attached to and submitted with the report;

" the report " means the report of the Chief Boundary Surveyor relating to the boundaries of the townlands of Ballymartin and Castletown, Barony of Kenry and County of Limerick, dated the 30th day of March, 1966, and prepared, made out and submitted in accordance with section 11 of the Boundary Survey (Ireland) Act, 1854.

5. It is hereby directed that the following boundary for all public purposes be and be deemed and taken to be the boundary of the townland of Ballymartin, Barony of Kenry and County of Limerick, namely, the boundary marked out by the Chief Boundary Surveyor, specified in paragraph 1 of the report and delineated on the plan in red.

6. It is hereby directed that the following boundaries shall for all public purposes be and be deemed and taken to be the boundary of the townland of Castletown, Barony of Kenry and County of Limerick, namely :

(a) the boundary marked out by the Chief Boundary Surveyor, specified in paragraph 2 of the report and delineated on the plan in red; and

(b) the boundaries so marked out, specified in paragraph 3 of the report, marked " a ", " b " and " c " respectively on the plan and each thereon marked and delineated in red.

7. This Order together with the report and the plan shall remain on record in accordance with section 4 of the Boundary Survey (Ireland) Act, 1859, and shall be exhibited to any person or persons who may desire to inspect the same, without fee or reward.
