THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS IN IRELAND (CHARTER AMENDMENT) ACT, 1966 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1966.

The Government, in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 9 of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (Charter Amendment) Act, 1966 (No. 2 (Private) of 1966), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (Charter Amendment) Act, 1966 (Commencement) Order, 1966.

2. The 5th day of August, 1966, is hereby appointed as the day on which The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (Charter Amendment) Act, 1966 (No. 2 (Private) of 1966), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints the 5th day of August, 1966, as the date on which an Act shall come into operation which will amend the Charter of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
