IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (IRONING BOARDS OF WOOD) ORDER, 1966.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Ironing Boards of Wood) Order, 1966.

2. The Imposition of Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) Order, 1962 ( S.I. No. 228 of 1962 ), shall, in so far as it suspends the duty of customs imposed by paragraph 5 of and mentioned at tariff heading number 44.24 (B) in the Schedule to the Imposition of Duties (No. 128) (Customs Duties and Form of Customs Tariff) Order, 1962 ( S.I. No. 163 of 1962 ), cease to have effect in respect of articles imported on or after the 1st day of April, 1966.
