1.—In this Act— | |
“the Act of 1950” means the Transport Act, 1950 ; | ||
“the Board” means Córas Iompair Éireann; | ||
“the Company” means the Fishguard and Rosslare Railways and Harbours Company; | ||
“railway line” includes a section of railway line. |
