Prohibition of certain picketing.

6.—It shall not be lawful for a person, wrongfully and without legal authority and in contemplation or furtherance of a strike to which this Act applies, to watch or beset the house or other place where any person resides or works or carries on business or happens to be or the approach to such house or place with a view to compelling or inducing that person to abstain from doing or to do any act which that person has a legal right to do or abstain from doing.
