JURY DISTRICTS (No. 2) ORDER, 1927 (VARIATION No. 3) ORDER, 1965.

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (4) of section 1 of the Juries Act, 1927 (No. 23 of 1927), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Jury Districts (No. 2) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 3) Order, 1965.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Schedule to the Jury Districts (No. 2) Order, 1927 (S.R. & O., No. 86 of 1927), is hereby varied by the insertion, after "Whitechurch" in the list (inserted by the Jury Districts Order (No. 2), 1927 (Variation No. 2) Order, 1961 ( S.I. No. 200 of 1961 )) of district electoral divisions comprising Jury District No. 1 in the County of Cork, of " other than the parts of the said district electoral divisions of Blackrock, Bishopstown, Rathcooney and St. Mary's which, by virtue of the County Borough of Cork (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1965, as confirmed by the Local Government Provisional Order Confirmation Act, 1965 , became part of the County Borough of Cork".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order makes the necessary alteration in the composition of Jury District No. 1, County of Cork, following the enactment of the Local Government Provisional Order Confirmation Act, 1965 .
