STATE GUARANTEES ACT, 1954 (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) (No. 2) ORDER, 1965.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), hereby make the following order with respect to which, pursuant to that section, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House:

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order, 1965.

(2) The collective citation the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Orders, 1957 to 1965, shall include this Order.

2. The Schedule to the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), is hereby amended by adding "Institute of Public Administration" to the bodies specified in the second column and inserting in the third column "£30,000" in respect of that body.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order adds the Institute of Public Administration to the bodies to which a guarantee under the State Guarantees Act, 1954 , may be given, and limits the maximum amount of the guarantee to £30,000.
