CARRIAGE OF COMMODITIES ORDER, 1965 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1965.

The Government, in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 3 of the Transport (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1955 (No. 21 of 1955), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Carriage of Commodities Order, 1965 (Revocation) Order, 1965.

2. The Carriage of Commodities Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 132 of 1965 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revokes the Carriage of Commodities Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 132 of 1965 ) which provided that the statutory restrictions on carriage of goods for reward should not apply during the week ending 29th June, 1965, in respect of commodities specified in the Schedule to the Order.
