Increase of rates of orphans' (non-contributory) pensions.

5.—(1) In the Table to section 25 of the Act of 1935, being the section inserted by section 106 of the Act of 1952, for the rates (inserted by the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1960 ) set forth therein, there are hereby substituted the rates set forth in the Table to this section.

(2) Subsection (1) of this section shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1965.
