Amendment of lines 36, 40 and 41 of the Supplemental Charter of 1844.

4.—The Supplemental Charter of 1844 shall be read and construed as if the following words were deleted therefrom where the same appear, that is to say, in line 36 thereof the words “and the Licentiates of the said College” and in lines 40 and 41 thereof the words “and also to provide regulations for inflicting upon any Delinquent whether Apprentice or Pupil, Fellow or Licentiate such reasonable pains penalties and punishments by censure, suspension, amotion or fine as to them so assembled shall seem meet, provided such pecuniary penalty shall not exceed in any case the sum of fifty pounds And” and as if in substitution for the words so last deleted the word “provided” were inserted therein.
