DUBLIN AND DUN LAOGHAIRE TRAFFIC (ONE-WAY STREETS) (AMENDMENT) TEMPORARY RULES, 1964.

I, DANIEL COSTIGAN, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 89 of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961), and with the consent of the Minister for Local Government, hereby make the following temporary rules in respect of the area comprising the county borough of Dublin and the borough of Dun Laoghaire :

1. These Rules may be cited as the Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Traffic (One-way Streets) (Amendment) Temporary Rules, 1964.

2. These Rules shall come into operation on the 18th day of November, 1964.

3. In these Rules the " Principal Rules " means the Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Traffic (One-way Streets) Temporary Rules, 1964 ( S.I. No. 55 of 1964 ).

4. Part I of the First Schedule to the Principal Rules is hereby amended—

(a) by the addition thereto in columns (1), (2) and (3) of the matter contained in columns (1), (2) and (3), respectively, of Part I of the First Schedule to these Rules, and

(b) by the deletion therefrom of the matter contained in columns (1), (2) and (3) at reference numbers 44, 45, 49, 52, 56, 61, 67, 71, 74 and 92.

5. Part II of the First Schedule to the Principal Rules is hereby amended by the addition thereto in columns (1), (2) and (3) of the matter contained in columns (1), (2) and (3), respectively, of Part II of the First Schedule to these Rules.

6. Part I of the Second Schedule to the Principal Rules is hereby amended—

(a) by the addition thereto in columns (1), (2) and (3) of the matter contained in columns (1), (2) and (3), respectively, of the Second Schedule to these Rules, and

(b) by the deletion therefrom of the matter contained in columns (1), (2) and (3) at reference numbers 5 and 12.

These Rules amend the Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Traffic (One-way Streets) Temporary Rules, 1964 ( S.I. No. 55 of 1964 ) :—

(a) by the addition to Part I of the First Schedule thereto of the Streets or portions of streets mentioned in Part I of the First Schedule to these Rules and by the deletion from Part I of the First Schedule thereto of the streets or portions of streets mentioned at reference numbers 44, 45, 49, 52, 56, 61, 67, 71, 74, and 92,

(b) by the addition to Part II of the First Schedule thereto of the portions of streets mentioned in Part II of the First Schedule to these Rules, and

(c) by the addition to Part I of the Second Schedule thereto of the street junctions mentioned in the Second Schedule to these Rules and by the deletion from Part I of the Second Schedule thereto of the street junctions mentioned at reference numbers 5 and 12.
