CONTROL OF EXPORTS (NO. 2) ORDER, 1964.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956), which Act is continued in force by the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1961 (No. 43 of 1961), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Exports (No. 2) Order, 1964.

2. The Control of Exports Order, 1964 ( S.I. No. 33 of 1964 ), shall have effect as if—

(a) "Watches " were inserted in Part I of the Schedule after " Railway rolling stock (including locomotives) and parts thereof," and

(b) " and watches" were deleted in Part III of the Schedule.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to apply control to exports to all destinations of watches.
