Amendment of section 55 of Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959. |
2.— Section 55 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 , is hereby amended by— | |
(a) the deletion of “to which this section applies” in subsections (1) and (3), | ||
(b) the deletion of “commencing before 1st day of April, 1965,” in subsection (6) and the deletion of “commencing before the 1st day of April, 1965,” in subsection (7), and | ||
(c) the deletion of subsection (8). |
