CEMENT ACTS, 1933 AND 1938 (TRANSPORT WORKS) (RAILWAY SIDINGS) ORDER, 1939 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1963.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 30 of the Cement Act, 1933 (No. 17 of 1933), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Cement Acts, 1933 and 1938 (Transport Works) (Railway Sidings) Order, 1939 (Amendment) Order, 1963.

2. The Cement Acts, 1933 and 1938 (Transport Works) (Railway Sidings) Order, 1939 (S.R. & O., No. 396 of 1939) is hereby amended by the substitution for paragraph (1) of Article 8 of the following paragraph:

" (1) The railway sidings may be used for all purposes relating to—

(i) the business of the Company, and

(ii) the business of any subsidiary or associated company of the Company,

and for no other purposes".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of the Order is to extend the user of the railway sidings constructed under the Cement Acts, 1933 and 1938 (Transport Works) (Railway Sidings) Order, 1939
