COUNTY CLARE (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1963.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of Section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the County Clare (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1963.

2. The division of County Clare into dispensary districts shall be varied by the transfer of the townlands of Ballygastell, Ballydonohoe, Ballyhenna, Ballyinsheen Beg, Ballyinsheen More, Ballyneillan, Ballyteige, Cahercloggaun, Gowlaun, Knockaunvickteera, Lisdoonvarna, Rathbaun and Rooska comprising the district electoral division of Lisdoonvarna, from Ballyvahgan Dispensary District to Roadford Dispensary District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the twenty-seventh day of May, nineteen hundred and sixty-three.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this Order is to vary the division of County Clare into dispensary districts by the transfer of the District Electoral Division of Lisdoonvarna from the Ballyvaghan Dispensary District to Roadford Dispensary District.
