Copy of order for winding up to be forwarded to registrar.

221.—(1) On the making of a winding-up order, an office copy of the order must forthwith be delivered by the company, or by such person as the court may direct, to the registrar of companies for registration.

(2) If a company makes default in complying with subsection (1), the company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be liable to a fine not exceding £25 and if any other person makes default in complying with subsection (1) such person shall be liable to a fine not exceeding £25.
