I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961 (No. 47 of 1961), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961 (Commencement) Order, 1962.

2. The 22nd day of January, 1962, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961 (No. 47 of 1961), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of this Order is to appoint the 22nd day of January, 1962, as the day on which the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961 shall come into operation.
