Increase of allowances under section 4 of the Act of 1953.

25.—Subsection (1) of section 4 of the Act of 1953 (which provides for allowances to certain relatives of certain deceased persons with pre-truce military service) is hereby amended in the following respects—

(1) in paragraph (a), “£315” shall be substituted for “£262 10s.” (inserted by section 26 of the Increase Act of 1961),
|
|
| |
(2) in paragraphs (aa) and (ab) (inserted by section 8 of the Act of 1959) “£158” shall be substituted for “£13110s.” (inserted by section 26 of the Increase Act of 1961),
|
|
| |
(3) in paragraph (b), “£227.” shall be substituted for “£189” (inserted by section 26 of the Increase Act of 1961), and
|
|
| |
(4) in paragraphs (c) and (d), “£158” shall be substituted for “£131 10s.” (inserted by section 26 of the Increase Act of 1961).
