Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1962

Interpretation.

1.—In this Act—

“the Minister” means the Minister for Lands;

“Moville Area” has the meaning assigned to it by the Foyle Fisheries Act, 1952 ;

“the Principal Act” means the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 .
