COUNTY MEATH (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1961.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of Section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the County Meath (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1961.

2. The division of County Meath into dispensary districts shall be varied by the transfer of the townlands of Assey, Balgeeth, Ballinter, Bonfield, Dowdstown (Parish of Dowdstown), Philpotstown, Lismullin, Cabragh, Castleboy, Castletown Tara, Dowdstown (Parish of Tara), Fodeen, Jordanstown, Odder, Riverstown, Ross, Blundelstown, Clonardran, Corballis and Gillstown, from An Uaimh Dispensary District to Killeen Dispensary District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 21st day of December, nineteen hundred and sixty one.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the division of County Meath into dispensary districts by the transfer of the District Electoral Division of Tara from An Uaimh Dispensary District to Killeen Dispensary District.
