UNDEVELOPED AREAS ACT, 1952 (EXTENSION OF AREA OF APPLICATION) (No. 2) ORDER, 1961.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (Extension of Area of Application) (No. 2) Order, 1961.

2. The Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), shall apply to the area comprising the townlands of Ballyhalwick, Brookpark, Clountiquirk, Coorycullane, Darkwood Demesne, Derreens, Droumleena, Dunmanway North, Dunmanway South, Kilbarry, Maulashanagarry, Milleenanannig, Tonafora and Underhill in the barony of West Division of East Carbery and County of Cork.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is that the area of application of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 is extended to the townlands of Ballyhalwick, Brookpark, Clountiquirk, Coorycullane, Darkwood Demesne, Derreens, Droumleena, Dunmanway North, Dunmanway South, Kilbarry, Maulashanagarry, Milleenanannig, Tonafora and Underhill, which includes the town of Dunmanway.
