COUNTY WEXFORD (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1961.

I, PÁDRAIG Ó CINNÉIDE, an tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863, and section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Wexford (Registrars' Districts) Order, 1961.

2. The division of County Wexford into Registrars' districts shall be varied by the transfer of the townland of Effernoge from Enniscorthy No. 2 Registrar's District to Ferns Registrar's District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 2nd day of October, 1961.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the boundaries of the Registrars' districts in the County of Wexford by the transfer of the townland of Effernoge from Enniscorthy No. 2 Registrar's District to Ferns Registrar's District.
