ELECTRICITY (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1961 (TERMINATION) ORDER, 1961.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Electricity (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1961 , hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1961 (Termination) Order, 1961.

2. The Electricity (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1961 , shall expire on the 13th day of September, 1961.
