COUNTY WICKLOW (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1961.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Wicklow (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1961.

2. The division of County Wicklow into dispensary districts shall be varied as follows:—

(1) The townlands of Kilbride, Ballywaltrin, Ballymorris and Springfield and those parts of the townlands of Killarney, Oldcourt and Bray Commons, at present forming part of the Delgany Dispensary District, shall be detached from the Delgany Dispensary District and shall henceforth form part of the Bray No. 1 Dispensary District.

(2) The townland of Fassaroe shall be detached from the Delgany Dispensary District and shall henceforth form part of the Powerscourt Dispensary District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of September, 1961.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this Order is to vary the division of County Wicklow into dispensary districts by the transfer of:—

(a) the townlands of Kilbride, Ballywaltrin, Ballymorris and Springfield and those parts of the townlands of Killarney, Oldcourt and Bray Commons at present forming part of the Delgany Dispensary District from Delgany Dispensary District to Bray No. 1 Dispensary District; and

(b) the townland of Fassaroe from Delgany Dispensary District to Powerscourt Dispensary District.
