RETURNING OFFICER'S (APPOINTMENT) ORDER, 1961.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraphs (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Electoral (Amendment) Act, 1961 , (No. 19 of 1961) hereby appoints and orders as follows:—

(1) This Order may be cited as the Returning Officers (Appointment) Order, 1961.

(2) The returning officer for each of the constituencies specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto shall be the county registrar or sheriff specified in the second column of the said Schedule opposite the name of such constituency.
