Short title, collective citation and construction.
3.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1961.
(2) The Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Acts, 1936 to 1952, and this Act may be cited together as the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Acts, 1936 to 1961.
(3) The Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Acts, 1936 to 1952, and this Act shall be construed together as one Act.
