Alterations in memorandum and articles of association of the Corporation.

14.—(1) It shall be lawful for the Corporation to make all such alterations in its memorandum and articles of association as are necessary or proper to give effect to the provisions of this Act and of the Acts as amended by this Act and as are necessary or proper by way of supplement to, or in consequence of, any such alteration.

(2) Subsection (2) of section 10 of the Principal Act shall not apply to alterations made in the memorandum or articles of association of the Corporation under or in pursuance of this section and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that all such alterations shall be in such form consistent with the Acts and this Act as shall be approved by the Minister after consultation with the Minister for Agriculture.

(3) Subsection (6) of section 18 of the Act of 1947 shall apply and have effect in relation to alterations in the memorandum of association of the Corporation authorised by this section in the same way as it applies and has effect in relation to alterations in that memorandum authorised by Part II of the Act of 1947.
