	Amendment of section 42 of the Principal Act.	81.—(1) For the purposes of subsection (1) of section 42 of the Principal Act a person having a right to lay pipelines for the transport of petroleum over or under any land shall be deemed to be a person having an interest in that land.
		(2) In subsection (5) of section 42 of the Principal Act, the word “work” shall be construed as including a pipeline for the transport of petroleum.
