IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (GAS PRESSURE CYLINDERS) ORDER, 1959.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Gas Pressure Cylinders) Order, 1959.

2. The Imposition of Duties (Gas Pressure Cylinders) Order, 1958 ( S.I. No. 252 of 1958 ), is hereby amended by the substitution of " 1st day of December, 1960 " for " 1st day of December, 1959 " in paragraph 2.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides for the extension to 30th November, 1960, of the period of suspension of the Customs duty on certain gas pressure cylinders.
