WICKLOW HARBOUR WORKS ORDER, 1956 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1959.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the Powers conferred on me by Section 134 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), and on the application of the Wicklow Harbour Commissioners, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Wicklow Harbour Works Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1959.

2. The works authorised by the Wicklow Harbour Works Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 255 of 1956 ), shall be completed within five years from the commencement of that Order, Article 4 of which is accordingly revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order extends by two years from 27th September, 1959, the period for completion of certain works at Wicklow Harbour.
