ROAD VEHICLES (INDEX MARKS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 1959.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12 of the Roads Act, 1920, hereby makes the following Regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Index Marks) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1959.

2. The Schedule to the Road Vehicles (Index Marks) Regulations, 1958 ( S.I. No. 14 of 1958 ) shall be amended by the insertion in the second column of the said schedule opposite Dublin County Council and the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Dublin of the index marks AZA, BZA, CZA, DZA, EZA, FZA, GZA, HZA, IZA, JZA, KZA, LZA, MZA, NZA, OZA, PZA, RZA, SZA, TZA, UZA, VZA, WZA, XZA, YZA and opposite Westmeath County Council of the index marks ALI, BLI, CLI, DLI, ELI, FLI, GLI, HLI, ILI, JLI.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations prescribe additional index marks for motor vehicles registered by Dublin County Council and Dublin Corporation and by Westmeath County Council.
