Notifications.

46.—(1) Where a person who carries on the trade for which an apprenticeship committee is established in the district of the committee takes into his employment by way of apprenticeship a person in the trade and in the district, he shall, within two weeks thereafter, send to the committee such particulars in relation to the person as may be prescribed or as the committee may, by notice in writing served on him, specify.

(2) Where a person who carries on in the district of an apprenticeship committee the trade for which the committee is established ceases to employ by way of apprenticeship a person in the trade and in the district, he shall, within two weeks thereafter, send to the committee such particulars in relation to the person as may be prescribed or as the committee may, by notice in writing served, on him, specify.
