Rules regulating dismissal.

27.—(1) An Chomhairle shall make rules in relation to the circumstances under which a person employed by way of apprenticeship in a designated trade may be dismissed from the employment and, where there is more than one apprenticeship district for the purposes of the trade, An Chomhairle may make different rules for each district.

(2) Rules under this section may require a person carrying on the trade to which the rules relate who employs persons by way of apprenticeship in the trade to post and keep posted, in accordance with section 61 of this Act, copies of the rules.

(3) A person carrying on the trade to which rules under this section relate shall not dismiss a person employed by him by way of apprenticeship in the trade and in an apprenticeship district in which the rules have effect save in accordance with the rules,
