Repeal in part of subsection (4) of section 52 of Local Government Act, 1946.

1.—The words “Except where the bridge order relates to the River Shannon” contained in subsection (4) of section 52 of the Local Government Act, 1946 (which subsection was inserted in that section by subsection (1) of section 40 of the Local Government Act, 1955 ) are hereby repealed.
