UNDEVELOPED AREAS ACT, 1952 (SECTION 3) ORDER, 1958.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (Section 3) Order, 1958.

2. The Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), shall apply to the area comprising the urban district of Kinsale in the County of Cork.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to extend the scope of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 to the urban district of Kinsale.
