DUNDALK ENGINEERING WORKS LIMITED (DESIGNATION OF SUCCESSOR) ORDER, 1958.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Great Northern Railway Act, 1958 (No. 20 of 1958), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Dundalk Engineering Works Limited (Designation of Successor) Order, 1958.

2. Industrial Engineering Company Limited is hereby designated as the successor of Dundalk Engineering Works Limited for the purposes of the Great Northern Railway Act, 1958 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of the Order is to designate the Industrial Engineering Company Limited as the successor to the Dundalk Engineering Works Limited for the purposes of the Great Northern Railway Act, 1958 .
