Definitions.

2.—In this Act—

“the Act of 1950” means the Transport Act, 1950 ;

“the Act of 1955” means the Transport Act, 1955 ;

“the Board” means Córas Iompair Éireann;

“the Minister” means the Minister for Industry and Commerce.
