BUTTER BOXES (RESTRICTION ON SALE) REGULATIONS, 1957 (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1957.

I, PROINSIAS MAC AOGÁIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) (Amendment) Act, 1956 (No. 39 of 1956), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Butter Boxes (Restriction on Sale) Regulations, 1957 (Revocation) Regulations, 1957.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 9th day of May, 1957.

3. The Butter Boxes (Restriction on Sale) Regulations, 1957 ( S.I. No. 55 of 1957 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations revoke on and from the 9th May, 1957, the Butter Boxes (Restriction on Sale) Regulations, 1957, which controlled the sale and the selling price of empty 56-lb. boxes in which creamery butter had been sold.
