Imposition of Duties Act, 1957

Continuance of orders under the Emergency Imposition of Duties Act, 1932.

6.—Every order under the Emergency Imposition of Duties Act, 1932 , which is in force immediately before the passing of this Act shall continue in force notwithstanding the repeal of the first-mentioned Act and section 2 shall apply to the order as it applies to orders under section 1.
