LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DUBLIN) (TEMPORARY) ACT, 1948 (CONTINUANCE) (No. 2) ORDER, 1956. |

The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers vested in him by subsection (2) of section 3 of the Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948 , hereby Orders as follows :— |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948 , (Continuance) (No. 2) Order, 1956. |
||
|
2. Part II of the Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948 (No. 15 of 1948) shall continue in force for six months from the 1st day of January, 1957. |
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this Twenty-eighth day of December One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-six. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
This Order continues in force for six months from the 1st January, 1957, Part II of the Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948 , which provides that the executive functions of the Dublin Board of Assistance are to be performed by the chief executive officer of the Board. |
